Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on managing illness or injury, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Include Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural background.Participating in professional development and ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.Contributing to a healing environment through patient education and advocacy. Qualifications And Skills Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Current RN licensure.Experience is preferred, but not required; 2+ years of experience is ideal.Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work safely and maintain alertness at all times.
