About the role
Join as a Clinical Education Specialist (RN) specialized in nursing education and development. This role focuses on supporting onboarding, competency validation, ongoing professional growth, and education for nursing and clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver educational programs to promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and a positive care experience.
- Support orientation, performance improvement initiatives, and continuing education for licensed and unlicensed healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 3+ years of critical care experience, or an Associate degree with extensive hospital nursing experience.
- Active state nursing license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice, clinical technology, and patient care equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred skills
- Specialty certifications.
- Teaching experience.
- Additional life support certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
