About the role
Deliver educational support and training to Healthcare Professionals and office staff within oncology facilities to ensure compliance with company and client standards. This position represents a top biotechnology company through Inizio Engage.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-service education to HCPs and staff on product-specific information, including disease state, dosing protocols, administration, and adverse events.
- Present educational programs tailored to the needs of each office.
- Engage with the client’s field-based sales force (representatives and district managers) on program-related communications.
- Report concerns identified during in-service education to the Manager, who serves as the single point of contact with the client.
- Accurately and timely report all visits, including type of education, length of visit, and office visited.
- Complete administrative tasks such as daily computer updates, weekly activity reports, emails, and monthly expense reports.
- Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Complete all required training courses and competency assessments within specified timeframes.
- Attend local and national meetings/conferences to stay updated on plans, activities, and developments.
- Maintain company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
- Comply with all Inizio and client policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional registration/licensing as required by state laws.
- Possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license and notify the company of any offenses or penalty points.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state where in-services are conducted.
- Minimum of three (3) years of oncology nursing experience, including direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in-servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access.
- Chemotherapy infusion experience required.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; territory management experience preferred.
- Self-starter with high personal motivation.
- Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel (up to 100% travel may be required).
- Excellent communication, speaking, and writing skills.
- Ability to conduct one-on-one and group presentations and manage administrative responsibilities for a field-based territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI).
- Adult oncology experience.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $84,000 – $156,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
