About the role
We are seeking a performance-driven, proven, and ambitious Clinical Educator to deliver educational support and training for Healthcare Professionals and office staff within oncology facilities. This role focuses on ensuring the management of patients with cancer meets all relevant standards set by the company, client, and manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on product-specific information, including product details, disease state, dosing protocols, administration, and adverse events.
- Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals tailored to the needs of each office.
- Engage in program-related communications with the client’s field-based sales force (representatives and district managers).
- Communicate any concerns identified during the in-service education process to the Manager, who serves as the single point of contact with the client.
- Accurately and timely report all visits, including type of education conducted, length of visit, and office visited. A visit is defined as a customer interaction (in-services and scheduled or unscheduled engagements).
- Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff.
- Complete all required administrative responsibilities promptly, such as daily computer updates, weekly activity reports, emails, and monthly expense reports.
- Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Attend and complete all required training courses and competency assessments to an appropriate standard and within specified timeframes.
- Attend local and national meetings/conferences to stay updated on plans, activities, and developments, and to exchange knowledge within the team.
- Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
- Comply with all Inizio and client policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
- Possess a full, valid US driver’s license at all times and notify the company immediately of any offenses or penalty points.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state where in-services are conducted.
- At least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience, including direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in-servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access.
- Chemotherapy infusion experience required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrable organizational skills; previous territory management experience preferred.
- Self-starter with high personal motivation.
- Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel (up to 100% travel may be required).
- Excellent communication, speaking, and writing skills.
- Ability to conduct one-on-one and group presentations and manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI).
- Adult oncology experience.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $84,000 – $156,000 per year. The final compensation offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
