Clinical Nurse Educator
Inizio Engage has partnered with a leading, research-driven biopharmaceutical company with a heritage rooted in science and collaboration. We are seeking a performance-driven Clinical Educator to deliver educational support and training for Healthcare Professionals and office staff within oncology facilities.
About the role
This position involves providing education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and their staff on product-specific information, including disease state, dosing protocols, administration, and adverse events. You will engage with the client’s field-based sales force, report on interactions, and maintain accurate records of all visits and activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-service education to HCPs and staff on product-specific information, disease state, dosing protocols, administration, and adverse events.
- Present educational programs tailored to the needs of each office.
- Engage in program-related communications with the client’s field-based sales team (representatives and district managers).
- Communicate any concerns identified during in-service education to the Manager.
- Report all visits accurately and timely, including type of education, length of visit, and office visited.
- Complete administrative responsibilities such as daily computer updates, weekly activity reports, emails, and monthly expense reports.
- Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Complete all required training courses and competency assessments within specified timeframes.
- Attend local and national meetings/conferences to stay updated on plans and developments.
- Maintain company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
- Comply with all Inizio and client policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional registration/licensing as required by state laws.
- Possess a valid US driver’s license and notify the company of any driving offenses or penalty points.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state where in-services are conducted.
- Minimum of three (3) years of oncology nursing experience, including direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in-servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access.
- Chemotherapy infusion experience required.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; territory management experience preferred.
- Self-starter with high personal motivation.
- Valid motor vehicle license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel (up to 100% travel may be required).
- Excellent communication, speaking, and writing skills.
- Ability to conduct one-on-one and group presentations and manage administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI).
- Adult oncology experience.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $84,000 – $156,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
