About the role
Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care during an 11am-9pm shift with no call duties.
Responsibilities
- Ensures and coordinates nursing care
- Monitors and evaluates unit functions
- Collaborates with management
- Serves as a resource for staff
- Models organizational values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
- Hospital nursing experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing (preferred Master’s)
- Current RN licensure in the practice state
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS
- Experience as a Charge Nurse is preferred
