Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Interventional Radiology

Role: Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Interventional Radiology Responsibilities Provide clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality care delivery.Act as the department charge nurse, managing staff assignments, bed transfers, and scheduling ad-on cases.Lead daily huddles and rotate into patient care as needed.Manage staff schedules and coordinate patient flow. Qualifications & Skills Illinois RN license required.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required. Key Duties: Leadership, staff coordination, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing schedules, and supporting patient care to ensure efficient unit operations.
