Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Interventional Radiology Role Overview: Provides clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with protocols, safety standards, and quality care delivery. Acts as the department charge nurse, managing staff assignments, bed transfers, scheduling, and leading daily huddles. Rotates into patient care as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead nursing team with clinical expertise and guidanceEnsure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standardsManage staff schedules and coordinate patient flowAssign staff to rooms and oversee bed transfersLead daily team huddles and participate in patient care when necessary Qualifications & Skills Valid IL RN LicenseBachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred)BLS/CPR and ACLS certification from American Heart Association Key Duties: Leadership, staff management, patient care rotation, and operational coordination within the Interventional Radiology department.
