Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Interventional Radiology Responsibilities Provide clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality of care.Act as department charge nurse: assign staff, coordinate bed transfers, and schedule add-on cases.Lead daily huddles and rotate into patient care as needed.Manage staff schedules to ensure efficient department operations. Qualifications & Skills IL RN License required.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.Required certifications: BLS/CPR and ACLS from the American Heart Association. Key Duties: Lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, manage departmental operations, and support clinical compliance. The role offers leadership, coordination, and direct patient care responsibilities in a fast-paced interventional radiology environment.
