The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) position at Wesley Medical Center is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the unit.

About the Role

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
  • Aid in admission and discharge processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies.
  • Serve as a resource for staff and support an unparalleled patient experience.

Requirements

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
