RN Clinical Coordinator for the Cardiovascular Operating Room

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily CVOR operations, including scheduling and workflow management
• Support surgeons and staff during complex cardiovascular procedures
• Mentor and guide nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence
• Drive quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care

Qualifications and Skills

• Experienced registered nurse with strong leadership capabilities
