Clinical Nurse BMT Oncology

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a specialized oncology unit, focusing on patients undergoing chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and related treatments. The role requires assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, emphasizing patient and family education, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The nurse collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs. It is a safety-sensitive position demanding alertness and safe work practices. Qualifications & Skills Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN license; no prior experience required.Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient-centered care skills are essential.
