Founded in 2007, New Leaf Behavioral Health is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding mental health access across Wake County and throughout the state. We believe that providing ethical, high-quality care to a diverse population shouldn't come at the cost of a therapist’s well-being or earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a diverse team of clinicians.
  • Support is always available through virtual consultations.
  • Part of a true collective culture of consultation.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning with internal continuing education and professional development tracks.
  • High-quality, dedicated licensure supervision for Associate Clinicians.
  • Dedicated administrative team handles credentialing, billing, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Licensed or Associate Fully Licensed or Associate Therapists in North Carolina.
  • Passionate about working with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Experience with both private insurance and publicly funded plans.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Current license to practice in North Carolina.
  • Experience in a variety of therapeutic settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
