About the role

Transitions Counseling and Consulting is seeking a Clinical Counselor to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This position will provide clinical services to clients in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent license in Arizona
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems
