About the Role
As a Clinical Medical Technician, you start your morning by prepping rooms and reviewing the day's schedule. You welcome patients, room them efficiently, and capture accurate vitals to set the tone for a great visit. Between appointments, you answer patient phone calls, refill medications, and process prior authorizations to keep care moving without delays. You stay attentive to the patient portal and respond with clarity and empathy. Throughout the day, you proactively stock rooms and order supplies, ensuring every provider has what they need at their fingertips. Your steady presence keeps the clinic running smoothly, and your professionalism helps patients feel informed, supported, and hopeful.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Requirements
- Stay calm, kind, and organized when the clinic gets busy
- Communicate clearly—whether in person, by phone, or through a patient portal
- Proactive problem-solver who follows through with accuracy
- Take pride in maintaining well-stocked rooms and a smooth patient flow
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant for 3 years
