Clinical Manager, RN
About the role
The Clinical Manager at Intuitive Health is responsible for the leadership and management of the non-physician clinical staff in conjunction with the Program Director and Hospital Partner to provide patients with great customer service through sound clinical practices and efficient operations.
This role is expected to provide an environment that encourages teamwork, continuous improvement, and a patient-centric approach. The Clinical Manager will manage the non-physician clinical staff, recruit and manage the onboarding of clinical staff, provide initial and ongoing training and education, and coordinate with other members of Intuitive and Hospital leadership for community outreach.
The Clinical Manager will also schedule clinical staff, assist with staff evaluations, and ensure compliance with Hospital policies, procedures, and requirements. They will manage the customer service experience and relations at the sites, encouraging a friendly and respectful work environment and ensuring a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- ADN or BSN required; BSN strongly preferred (mandatory with some hospital partners)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or charge nurse experience within the emergency department
- Unrestricted registered nursing license
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS or ENPC certification
- Active RN license in the state of practice required
