Responsibilities
- Supervise and support home health clinical staff
- Review documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance
- Monitor quality of care and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Coach clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence
- Ensure agency policies and standards are consistently followed
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
- At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
