About the role
A Community Bridges Inc., (CBI) Clinical Manager is a licensed behavioral health professional who has met all credentialing requirements and is in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. The Clinical Manager is responsible for providing clinical supervision, delivering required clinical trainings, conducting clinical staffings and consultations, reviewing assessments, and ensuring clinical programming aligns with policy and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to licensed clinical staff
- Deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee orientation and throughout the year
- Develop clinical trainings based on identified needs to improve clinical competencies and service delivery
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffings and consultations
- Review Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments, providing feedback to staff and BHP sign-off
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Clinical Operations team to ensure clinical programming is effective and efficient
- Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with CBI Clinical Policy and Procedure, Arizona Administrative Code, ADHS/DBHS Provider Manual, Code of Federal Regulations, and contract requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in field related to behavioral health
- Licensed at the associate level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor
- Experience in behavioral and medical crisis situations (1-3 years preferred)
- Fingerprint clearance card required
- Current AZ Driving License
- Clear 39-month motor vehicle record
Qualifications
- License at the Associate or Independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of behavioral health policies and regulations
