About the Role

A Clinical Manager at Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a licensed behavioral health professional responsible for providing clinical supervision, delivering required clinical trainings, and conducting clinical staffings and consultations. The role involves working with the Clinical Director to develop and improve clinical competencies and service delivery, ensuring compliance with CBI policies, contractual obligations, state and federal requirements, and ethical standards. The Clinical Manager reviews assessments, provides feedback to staff, and collaborates with leadership to enhance clinical programming and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to licensed clinical staff, as defined by 4 A.A.C 6, if independently licensed.
  • Deliver clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation (NEO) and throughout the year.
  • Develop clinical trainings in collaboration with the Clinical Director to address identified needs and improve staff competencies.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffings and consultations for assigned clinical teams, including during on-call shifts.
  • Provide guidance and direction in accordance with CBI Clinical Policy and Procedure, contractual requirements, state and federal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Review Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments, provide feedback to staff, and sign off on documentation.
  • Work with the Clinical Director and Clinical Operations team to ensure clinical programming and services are effective, efficient, and aligned with patient, participant, and community needs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral health.
  • Licensed at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
  • Fingerprint clearance card.
  • Current Arizona Driver’s License.
  • Clear 39-month motor vehicle record.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of full-time behavioral health care-related work experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with behavioral and medical crisis situations is beneficial.
