Clinical Manager - Kids Path Medical Services

Job Summary

Has shared authority and responsibility for administration of nursing and social work services for Kids Path patients in conjunction with the Kids Path Director. Oversight includes Kids Path hospice, home health, and perinatal programs. Plans, organizes, and leads a cost-efficient standard of care. Ensures professional standards and compliance requirements are met with local, state, and federal licensing and credentialing agencies. Shares responsibility for serving as a clinical resource to the clinical staff. Shared oversight of employee competencies and performance appraisal. Conducts documentation and quality monitoring audits. Manages EMR system standard workflow, orders and tasks. Ensures accuracy of day to day operations within the EMR system. Shared oversight and accountability in experience of care scores, quality metrics, agency core values and behaviors. Ownership and timely follow-up of consumer complaints. Shared accountability for nursing caseloads, assigning, and rebalancing, when necessary. Will facilitate and/or support weekly IDT meetings.
