About the Role

Endoscopy of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager for our Endoscopy Center. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of clinical areas, including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP, and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience. The Clinical Manager reports to the Administrator and collaborates on fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance evaluation. Responsibilities include staff credentialing, safety measures, risk management, and enhancing patient care and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas (OR, Pre-OP/Post-OP).
  • Implement process initiatives to improve service efficiency and patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator on fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance evaluations.
  • Manage staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, and risk management duties.
  • Use clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
  • Current license as a California Registered Nurse.
  • 2+ years of clinical supervisory experience in surgery, endoscopy, or critical care.
  • Endoscopy and/or outpatient surgery experience preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
  • Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) accredited by AHA.
  • PALS certification (may obtain within 3 months of start date).

Pay

Salary range: $128,960 – $153,920 annually, depending on experience.
