Clinical Manager / Catawba Valley Neurology / Full Time (Must be RN)

About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient outcomes and streamline processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among healthcare providers and administrative staff.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical field, with at least 5 years in management or supervision.
• A bachelor's degree in Business or an associate degree in Nursing.
• Proven public relations skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Experience in healthcare settings, including but not limited to, working with patients, conducting assessments, and implementing treatment plans.
