Responsibilities

• Drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.
• Work weekdays only - no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as clinical manager or other managerial position.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• Three years of operating room/critical care experience preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area a plus.
