Responsibilities
- Drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
- Collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.
Requirements
- Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
- Three years of operating room/critical care experience preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area is a plus.
- Able to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as clinical manager or other managerial position.
- Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.

Pay
Salary Range: Min $48.00 to Max $60.00 (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
Schedule
Position requires weekdays only: no holidays, weekends, or call.
