Clinical Manager

Seeking a registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience in cardiovascular or intensive care. Requires critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment to work independently in high-pressure environments. Must hold department-specific credentials such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate if administering chemotherapy, and ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty areas. PALS certification is required for Pediatric areas, excluding NICU, and Fetal Monitoring certification for L&D nurses. Newly licensed RNs must obtain ACLS/PALS and Fetal Monitoring certifications within 6 months. Education requirements include being a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
