Clinical Manager

We are seeking a dedicated registered nurse with at least two years of experience in cardiovascular and/or intensive care. Key Responsibilities Include Providing critical patient care in high-pressure environments Applying effective communication and decisive judgment to ensure optimal outcomes Working independently with minimal supervision Managing complex medical situations with effective critical thinking Adhering to department-specific credentials and certifications Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Certification in ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy (for chemotherapy administration) ACLS certification for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedures PALS certification for Pediatric areas (except NICU) Fetal Monitoring certification for L&D nurses Ability to work effectively under stress and handle complex patient needs Join a compassionate team committed to delivering family-centered, quality care, fostering supportive relationships, and enhancing community health.
