We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the job posting.
The posting includes:
- Intro: "Looking for a company that offers a competitive salary with bonus, 401K and profit sharing, liberal PTO and great benefits? Then Mid Atlantic Retina is the company for you!" This is like a hook. Could be considered "About the role"? Might be better as a paragraph under "About the role". We'll include that.
- "Job Description The Clinical Manager leads all Ophthalmic Technicians and co-manages the Front Desk staff in their assigned location. This is a "hand-on" position that assists where needed. Leadership, communication and clinical skills will be challenged and appreciated."
That's description.
- "Essential Functions" list: many bullet-like sentences. We'll treat as Responsibilities.
- "Competencies" list: leadership, communication, etc. Could be Skills.
- "Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing..." That's a note; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's part of description. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This note is not exactly those categories, but it's a generic disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO. It's a standard disclaimer about duties may change. Might be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. Safer to keep? The instruction says remove boilerplate; but not sure. I'd keep it as part of Responsibilities maybe.
- "Supervisory Responsibility This position is responsible to supervisor Ophthalmic Technicians and has a shared supervisory responsibility to oversee front desk staff." Could be part of Responsibilities.
- "Work Environment" description: could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Might be its own section? Not in list of allowed headings; we could put under About the role or Responsibilities. Probably include in About the role.
- "Physical Demands" description: could be part of Requirements? Not exactly. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Might be considered Requirements.
- "Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Full Time / This is a 40 hour per week position or until the assigned duties are complete." That's Schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section.
- "Travel Travel is required for this position." That's also Schedule/Travel.
- "Required Education And Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent 1 year of leadership or management experience 1 year Ophthalmic experience, retina preferred" That's Requirements/Qualifications.
- "EEO Statement MAR is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer." That's EEO boilerplate; remove.
- Also intro about competitive salary with bonus, 401K profit sharing, liberal PTO and great benefits. That's Benefits and Pay info. So we need Benefits and Pay sections if content present.
Thus we have content for:
- About the role: intro + job description + work environment maybe.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions + Supervisory Responsibility + note.
- Requirements: Required Education And Experience + Physical Demands? Physical demands maybe more like Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements; but we can combine. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills (from Competencies), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to avoid empty sections.
Let's extract content.
About the role:
