The evolvedMD Clinical Manager has the exciting opportunity to build and grow evolvedMD's innovative mental health brand in an emerging market under the direction of a dynamic Regional Director. Responsible for supporting, training, and supervising a team of passionate therapists in the primary care setting, evolvedMD is inviting a collaborative, connected, and cross-functional leader to join our talented team. With an industry-leading model that increases access to behavioral health when the demand is at an all-time high, the Clinical Manager will be tasked with leading, building, and coaching a clinical team and act as the liaison between evolvedMD and our partner primary care offices to ultimately drive outstanding patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead, build, and coach a clinical team
- Act as the liaison between evolvedMD and partner primary care offices
- Support, train, and supervise a team of therapists in the primary care setting
- Optimize resources to execute a plan in collaboration with a cross-functional team
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field with one plus (1+) year of relevant experience, including management and providing clinical supervision
- Active independent licensure and in good standing with state licensing board, including the ability to provide clinical supervision
- Prior history and success leading, managing, and motivating teams to deliver value and bottom-line results
- Proven experience working across the spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to work autonomously while relishing responsibility
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage physicians and C-suite executives
- Passion for relationship management and collaboration

Pay
First-year compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 annually (DOE), plus metric-driven bonuses.
