Clinical Manager

About the role

As a Clinical Manager, you will manage a unit within the community and provide leadership to the assigned team. You will oversee and coordinate the care provided to residents to ensure they feel safe and at home. You will also communicate with the therapy department and ensure timely updates to the care plan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the admission, care plan, and discharge process

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing
• Good managerial skills and aptitude
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long-term care or healthcare
