Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller is a 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital offering exceptional care to the Keller, TX community.

Responsibilities

• Initiates one on one dialog with potential referral sources and maintains position relationships with current referral sources.
• Designs, develops, and drives cutting edge sales strategies designed to increase patient admissions that leverage partner's core competence in the area of rehabilitating medically complex patients.
• Leverages their clinical and sales expertise to promote their locations to prospective referral sources aiding inpatient admissions/referral process.
• Spends most of their time (80% or more) in the field, making presentations, assessing patients and building those long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Clinical licensure required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous clinical experience with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems
• Previous marketing/sales experience preferred
• Formal sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
