About the role

Medix Infusion provides personalized home and in-suite infusion therapy services for patients with chronic or acute conditions. Our expert team is dedicated to making each patient’s journey as easy as possible. We provide medical infusion therapies, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectable and infusion treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient education teaching sessions.
  • Proactively initiate discharge planning with case management to ensure seamless transition home.
  • Actively communicate, educate, and plan with referring facilities.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Manager to execute account business growth plan, discuss opportunities, assess progress, and provide feedback.
  • Seek out new referral sources on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Meet/Exceed monthly goals set forth by Regional Manager.
  • Conduct assessment of patients selected by the hospital for home infusion care.
  • Complete and maintain all required reports.
  • Help collect any necessary documentation needed in the field.

Requirements

  • Licensed (LVN/RN) with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Prior experience with customer relations within Sales and Marketing is preferred.

  • Intellectual ability to handle concepts and complexity comfortably.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and hospital policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage territory and accounts.
