About the role

Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek is a brand-new 40 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility opening in 2026. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Aid and coordinate in-take and pre-admission screening processes.
  • Perform on-site clinical judgment to determine patient appropriateness for admission.
  • Communicate with patients and families regarding rehabilitation and facility options.
  • Ensure patients understand their expectations and requirements for participation.
  • Secure necessary patient resources and benefits information.
  • Function as the initial point of contact for external case management and discharge planners, working with payors and hospital facilities.
  • Conduct face-to-face, in-service education sessions with physicians, case managers, and other professionals.
  • Carry out market analysis, research, and develop/implement marketing and business plans.
  • Inform and educate physicians, case managers, and other decision-makers about the Hospital and its acute rehabilitation services.
  • Perform market analysis, market research, and development and implementation of marketing and business plans.

Requirements

  • Clinical licensure required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous marketing/sales experience preferred.
  • Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
  • Formal sales training preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Qualifications

  • Education: Clinical Licensure required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong clinical assessment and EMR system skills.
  • Effective market analysis and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full Time, Days with weekend rotation.
