About the role
Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek is a brand-new 40 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility opening in 2026. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
Responsibilities
- Aid and coordinate in-take and pre-admission screening processes.
- Perform on-site clinical judgment to determine patient appropriateness for admission.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding rehabilitation and facility options.
- Ensure patients understand their expectations and requirements for participation.
- Secure necessary patient resources and benefits information.
- Function as the initial point of contact for external case management and discharge planners, working with payors and hospital facilities.
- Conduct face-to-face, in-service education sessions with physicians, case managers, and other professionals.
- Carry out market analysis, research, and develop/implement marketing and business plans.
- Inform and educate physicians, case managers, and other decision-makers about the Hospital and its acute rehabilitation services.
- Perform market analysis, market research, and development and implementation of marketing and business plans.
Requirements
- Clinical licensure required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous marketing/sales experience preferred.
- Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
- Formal sales training preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Education: Clinical Licensure required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay
Commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full Time, Days with weekend rotation.
