Clinical Liaison

About the role

A Clinical Liaison at Select Specialty Hospital works in the Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Atlantic City, NJ. This position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess patient needs.
• Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals through fostering relationships within medical facilities.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and families using clinical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post-ICU care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT) License.
• Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in patient advocacy.
• Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior healthcare marketing or business development experience is preferred, but extensive training is provided on this piece.

Benefits
