Clinical Liaison

Key Responsibilities

• Work with physicians, discharge planners, and patients' families to plan the best continuum of care after an ICU or post-surgical stay.
• Utilize strong clinical background, payer knowledge, and problem-solving skills to perform clinical assessments of referred patients.
• Counsel with patients' families to assist them in making the best care decisions for their loved one.
• Partner with hospital case managers and physicians to create a smooth pre-admission and transfer process by removing payer-related and operational barriers for patients.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• License. Will consider other designations like LPN, PT, OT, etc., upon further review.
• Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated success in patient advocacy.
• Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior healthcare marketing or business development experience (preferred, but extensive training provided).

Benefits

• Annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on relevant work experience.
• Plus, uncapped monthly bonuses.

Pay

• Competitive Salary plus Uncapped Monthly Bonus Incentives.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday-Friday 8-5 PM.
