Clinical Liaison

Job responsibilities

• Manage all referrals, reviewing for clinical appropriateness
• Ensuring all referrals are being responded to promptly
• Work with the Admission Director to establish patient eligibility
• Beside sales along with frequent hospital rounding
• Cooking with the facility to ensure a smooth transition from the hospital
• Building strong relationships with referral sources, and maintaining this relationship
