Responsibilities

• Initiates one‑on‑one dialog with potential referral sources and maintains relationships with current referral sources.
• Designs, develops, and drives cutting‑edge sales strategies to increase patient admissions, leveraging partners’ core competence in rehabilitating medically complex patients.
• Leverages clinical and sales expertise to promote locations to prospective referral sources, aiding the inpatient admissions/referral process.
• Spends most of the time (80% or more) in the field, making presentations, assessing patients, and building long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous clinical experience with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
• Previous marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Formal sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
