Clinical Liaison
About the role
Our skilled nursing organization is seeking a Clinical Liaison who brings both clinical expertise, such as an LPN, RN, or Respiratory Therapist, and a passion for consultative sales. This unique role bridges healthcare and business development, working closely with hospital partners, case managers, physicians, and families to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Responsibilities
- Designs and implements a marketing plan primarily designed to meet the needs of professional referral partners in long-term care.
- Led efforts in establishing broader community engagement.
- Completes marketing calls; maintains a record-keeping system on marketing activities, including documenting referrals in the clinical record.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates initiatives designed to promote awareness and understanding of Care Initiatives’ programs and services in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven success in healthcare marketing and/or sales.
- Active RN, LPN, or RT license required.
- An understanding of the continuum of care and the admissions process is highly preferred.
