About the role

Complete Care is seeking Registered Nurses for clinical leadership opportunities, including Unit Manager, Supervisor, MDS Coordinator, Infection Control, Staff Development/Education, and Wound Care. The role involves using clinical expertise to provide excellent care for residents, empower direct‑care staff, and foster a culture of peer development.

Requirements

• Previous clinical leadership experience within a long‑term/skilled nursing environment
• Exceptional clinical skills
• Competence in using PCC – Point Click Care EHR software
• Possible certificates in the area of leadership interest
• Open to career growth
• Upholds a standard of excellence toward peer development & culture creation
• Licensed to work within this state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse license
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Dependable, committed, and ready to join a team environment
