About the role

Complete Care is seeking Registered Nurses for a variety of clinical leadership positions, including Unit Manager, Supervisor, MDS Coordinator, Infection Control, Staff Development/Education, and Wound Care. The role involves using clinical expertise to provide excellent resident care and empower direct‑care staff.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state
• Previous clinical leadership experience in a long‑term or skilled‑nursing environment
• Exceptional clinical skills
• Competence with PCC (PointClickCare) EHR software
• Possible certifications related to the specific leadership area
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, reference check, and physical evaluation
• Dependable, committed, and ready to work in a team environment
