About the role

Complete Care is seeking Registered Nurses for clinical leadership opportunities, including positions such as Unit Manager, Supervisor, MDS Coordinator, Infection Control, Staff Development/Education, and Wound Care. The role involves using clinical expertise to provide excellent resident care and empower direct‑care staff.

What we’re looking for

• Previous clinical leadership experience within a long‑term/skilled nursing environment
• Exceptional clinical skills
• Competence in using PCC (Point Click Care) EHR software
• Relevant certificates in the area of leadership interest (optional)
• Openness to career growth

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license valid in this state
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
