Complete Care is seeking Registered Nurses for a variety of leadership positions, including Unit Manager, Supervisor, MDS Coordinator, Infection Control, Staff Development/Education, and Wound Care. The ideal candidates will combine strong clinical experience with a passion for serving residents and empowering direct‑care staff.

Requirements

• Previous clinical leadership experience within a long‑term or skilled nursing environment
• Exceptional clinical skills
• Competence in using PCC (Point Click Care) EHR software
• Possible certificates in the area of leadership interest
• Open to career growth and development
• Upholds a standard of excellence toward peer development and culture creation
• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
