About the role
Complete Care is seeking RN professionals for roles such as Unit Manager, Supervisor, MDS Coordinator, Infection Control, Staff Development/Education, and Wound Care. The position focuses on delivering excellent resident care while empowering and developing direct care staff through clinical leadership.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
- Dependable, committed, and ready to work in a team environment
- Previous clinical leadership experience in a long‑term/skilled nursing environment
- Exceptional clinical skills
- Competence using PCC‑Point Click Care EHR software
- Possible certificates in leadership‑related areas
