About the role
Complete Care is looking for RN's who have both the clinical experience and motivation to serve our residents and staff using their skills and talents to provide excellent care and empower our direct care staff. The role encompasses Unit Manager, Supervisor, MDS Coordinator, Infection Control, Staff Development/Education, and Wound Care responsibilities.
Requirements
- Previous clinical leadership experience within a long-term/skilled nursing environment
- Exceptional clinical skills
- Competence in using PCC‑Point Click Care EHR Software
- Possible certificates in the area of leadership interest
- Open to career growth
- Upholds a standard of excellence toward peer development and culture creation
- Licensed to work within this state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse License
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
