Clinical Lead- Transition Age Youth
JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Lead supports staff and interns who work on site at the TAY Drop-In Center as well as providing clinical supervision and overseeing data collection related to MediCal billing and supporting staff in meeting their productivity requirements. The TAY team provides a wide spectrum of trauma informed services to empower and support youth and young adults to make positive choices and changes in their lives. The Clinical Lead ensures site safety and the delivery of quality clinical and case management services both onsite at our Drop-in Center and out in the community. Position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week (Monday- Friday).
Qualifications
- Masters’ degree in Psychology, Clinical Social Work or related field AND either Associate/license-eligible Social Worker (ASW) or Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) required.
- Experience in providing services to populations experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders or comparable populations.
- Experience using strengths-based, whole person approach in recovery-oriented services.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Advanced computer skills: WORD, Excel, AVATAR.
- Strong ability to manage self-care and support staff in building resilience through self-care strategies.
