Clinical Lead
Job Summary
Provides clinical direction for clinical staff at each designated site. Conducts periodic fidelity audits to ensure clinical staff maintain fidelity to approved EBP within each clinical program. Conducts scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffing and consultation to assigned clinical teams to provide guidance and ensure clinical programming and services are effective and efficient in addressing patient and community needs.
Skills/Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience is required.
- Must be licensed at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Must be in good standing with the AZBBHE and meet requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
- Valid identification required. Holds AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
