Role: The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor II oversees core laboratory operations at multiple facilities, ensuring accurate testing, regulatory compliance, and process improvements. Responsibilities Include Supervising daily laboratory activities and ensuring timely, accurate test result reportingTraining, mentoring, and managing laboratory personnel, including staffing and schedulingInvestigating and resolving production errors while maintaining quality control documentationImplementing process improvements and evaluating new proceduresEnsuring compliance with state and federal regulations and administering policies Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory scienceAt least 4 years of laboratory technician experienceStrong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and relevant regulationsProficiency with laboratory information systems and Microsoft OfficeASCP or AMT certification preferredBachelor's degree and 2+ years supervisory experience are advantageous
