Clinical Laboratory Supervisor

Role Overview The Supervisor Clinical Laboratory oversees daily operations of multidisciplinary laboratory sections, including Transfusion Services, Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and Microbiology, ensuring services meet accepted standards and patient needs. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate laboratory activities across various sections.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.Supervise laboratory staff, providing leadership and support.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.Support laboratory process improvements and operational efficiency.Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate patient care. Qualifications & Skills California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License or equivalent California license in a specialized area.National certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology preferred.Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.Preferred: Master's Degree and 5+ years of medical technology experience.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
