Clinical Supervisor

About the role

Provide leadership, clinical oversight, and supervision to ensure high-quality behavioral therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise client cases and conduct assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill evaluations
• Ensure treatment fidelity and maintain billable hours
• Provide supervision aligned with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth through feedback, documentation, and support
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educational staff as needed
• Train caregivers to support therapy goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical practice
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred)
