Clinical Laboratory Scientist - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and work areas.
• Perform quality control and calibration procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Provide training and evaluate competencies of staff or trainees.
• Complete testing efficiently within established time frames.
• Identify and resolve departmental issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Medical Technology (MT) certification from an accredited organization.
• Meet Clinical Laboratory Act requirements.
• Four years of laboratory experience as an MLT/HT or two years as a MT/HTL (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Registered or eligible for registration with ASCP as a Medical Technologist or equivalent.
