Clinical Lab Scientist 4 (CLS/MT) - Moore - PRN

Responsibilities

• Maintains instrumentation and work area
• Maintains quality control and calibration functions
• Provides training and assesses competencies
• Consistently completes testing within established time frames
• Recognize and address issues within the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Medical Technology (MT) certification with American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent
• Must meet the minimum requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988
• Four (4) years of laboratory experience as an MLT/HT (internal CLS2); OR Two (2) years of laboratory experience as a MT/HTL (internal CLS3) — equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
• Registered with ASCP (or eligible for registry) as a Medical Technologist or equivalent

Pay

$26.77–$43.71 per hour depending on previous experience. Position qualifies for a $2.50/hr PRN differential.
